Plowden & Thompson’s mantra is to always excel in customer service.
 
As a customer you will receive a friendly but professional approach and your requests will be listened to and whenever possible, your expectations exceeded.
 
If you require bulk manufacturing you will be allocated a designated account manager who will deal with all your order details, arranging quotations, time scales and samples wherever possible. The account manager will be there for you all the way through to delivery and then offer you an after sales service allowing you to contact at any time to discuss your order and possible future requirements.
 
We are always happy to submit samples but bear in mind most samples would require a product mould making before full sampling can take place. In these instances the mould to be paid for before any work is undertaken. Rough samples can be submitted without a mould being purchased if it is feasible. All sampling is invoiced.
 
We are always happy to discuss your needs and requirements and welcome you to visit the factory to see, first hand, our capabilities and how we could benefit your business.
 
Customers wishing to purchase from our range of coloured rod, stick, fritt, powders and foils have the choice of our stock range available for immediate delivery or non stock colours available to order. Turn around for non stock merchandise is reasonably quick but we do suggest that you plan ahead with your purchase so that you do not run out of product before replacements arrive.

We offer either a 3 -5 day or next day delivery and for local customers, click and collect direct from the factory. While we have stock clearance offers we welcome customers to the factory to see exactly what we have available and to purchase and take their orders on the day.
